How information is handled in the current implementation. Final operating policies are in preparation.
Server data
Student profiles, sample applications and company inquiries are stored against the signed-in account. Profiles include display name, year and availability, plus optional university, university email, English skills, experience and goals. Event-update emails and confirmation status are also stored.
Browser data
Saved roles and event-interest drafts are stored in this browser. Old company drafts may remain locally, but are not published.
Sharing
Sample applications are not sent to companies. Inquiry records are saved without automated emails. Account screens and APIs show only the signed-in user’s own records.
Deletion
Delete your profile and sample applications through My profile. Clear browser data from the student home page. Inquiry deletion procedures and retention periods will be defined before formal operation.
Interviews and advice
For live roles, your consent permits sharing your profile and motivation with the hiring company. Scheduling notices use your sign-in email. Once AI is connected, consented messages, preferences and non-identifying profile details are sent to OpenAI. Browser voice recognition may use its provider. bloom does not save audio files or advice conversation history. Deleting a profile does not retract sent emails or cancel booked meetings.
Event updates
Email addresses are used for event announcements and registration confirmation. Once email is connected, confirm your request via the confirmation email. Contact Instagram @bloom_10102026 via DM to withdraw or delete your request.
Before formal operation
Official contacts, retention periods, sharing scope, correction/deletion procedures and full privacy terms remain to be finalized.
